On March 26,the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and the State Administration of Immigration issued a notice on temporarily suspending the entry of foreigners with valid Chinese visas and residence permits.The suspension-starting on Saturday Mar 28-is a temporary measure that China is compelled to take in light of the outbreak situation and the practices of other countries,the announcement said.
