苏州市异地商会发展现状、问题与对策

Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Suzhou Foreign Chamber of Commerce

苏州市异地商会在整合资源、规范行为、反映诉求、维护权益等方面发挥了很好的作用,促进了区域经济与社会平稳健康发展,实现了政府、企业与商会之间的有效沟通。基于此,本文系统梳理了苏州市异地商会发展概况,并分析其特点和兴起因素。通过实证研究,发现发展异地商会中存在登记管理制度门槛高、内部治理不到位、部分会员企业不自律等问题,提出发挥党组织的作用、尊重异地商会的民间性和自主性、完善法律法规、强化异地商会内部治理、提高异地商会自身建设与服务能力等建议,最后探讨了异地商会未来发展之路。

The Suzhou Foreign Chamber of Commerce has played a very good role in integrating resources,regulating behaviors,reflecting demands,and safeguarding rights and interests,promoted the stable and healthy development of the regional economy and society,and achieved effective communication between the government,enterprises and chambers of commerce.Based on this,this article systematically sorts out the general situation of the development of Suzhou City Chamber of Commerce,and analyzes its characteristics and rising factors.Through empirical research,it was found that there are problems such as high thresholds for registration management systems,inadequate internal governance,and inadequate self-discipline of some member companies in developing non-local chambers of commerce.Suggestions on strengthening the internal governance of foreign-based chambers of commerce,and improving their own construction and service capabilities,finally explored the future development of foreign-based chambers of commerce.
