互助养老模式下农村日间照料中心运行研究——以常州市郭塘桥村日间照料中心为例

Research on the Operation of Rural Day Care Center under the Mutual Assistance Model——Taking Day Care Center of Guotangqiao Village in Changzhou as an Example

农村日间照料中心在地域内养老资源有限的情况下,相对城市日间照料中心,在运行过程中面临更多困难。常州市郭塘桥村日间照料中心借鉴互助养老模式,在养老服务供给和功能区使用上呈现新特点。但是,常州市郭塘桥村日间照料中心运行中仍存在养老服务供给不足和养老服务人员队伍薄弱的问题,需要优化养老服务供给并在数量和质量上增强养老服务人员队伍。

In the case of limited day-end care resources in rural areas,rural day-care centers face more difficulties in operation than urban day-care centers.The day care center of Guotangqiao Village in Changzhou City draws on the mutual aid pension model and presents new features in the provision of pension services and the use of functional areas.However,in the operation of the day care center of Guotangqiao Village in Changzhou City,there are still problems of insufficient supply of elderly care services and weak elderly care staff.We need to optimize the supply of elderly care services and strengthen the number and quality of elderly care staff.
