Taking the water of a reservoir as the research object,pre-oxidation and coagulation on disinfection by-product precursor(DBPsFP)collaborative control during chlorination disinfection of natural reservoir water. The results showed that, with the increase of the potassium permanganate dosage, the concentration of trichloromethane(TCM),1,1,1-trichloroacetone(1,1,1-TCP),dichloroacetic acid(DCAA)and trichloroacetic acid(TCAA)decreased gradually, the concentration of 1,1-dichloroacetone(1,1-DCP)and dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN)decreased at first and then increased, the removal efficiency of DBPs was at highest when the dosage of potassium permanganate was 4 mg/L.The concentration of 1,1-DCP,DCAN,TCM,DCAA and TCAA decreased gradually, the concentration of 1,1,1-TCP increased gradually with the prolongation of pre-oxidation time, overall, the optimum pre-oxidation time was 40 minute. The concentration of 1,1-DCP,1,1,1-TCP,DCAN,DCAA and TCAA decreased gradually, the concentration of TCM decreased at first and then increased as pH rose from 5 to 9.The concentration of TCM,1,1,1-TCP,DCAA and TCAA increased gradually, the concentration of 1,1-DCP and DCAN increased at first and then decreased with the increase of reaction temperature.
