摘要
采用UF-RO集成装置对电镀废水进行处理及回用现场中试试验,经60 d运行结果表明,经UF-RO装置处理可实现系统整体回收率为65%,系统产水各项指标均优于《城市污水再生利用-工业用水水质》(GB19923-2005)中敞开式循环水系统补充水的水质标准,系统水中COD、BOD5和电导率去除率分别保持在95%、95%和97%以上.UF膜采用酸洗和碱洗的化学清洗方式,RO膜采用碱洗和Na2S2O4清洗的化学清洗,可有效去除膜表面的沉积污染物并恢复膜的过滤性能.
The pilot study on treatment and reuse of metal finishing wastewater was conducted using integrated ultrafiltration(UF)/reverse osmosis(RO).The running results obtained for during 60 days of operation exhibited that the combination of UF and RO could realize system recovery of 65%.The characteristics of product water were superior to standards for open circulating water quality,which mentioned in<The use of urban recycling water-water quality standard for industrial uses>(GB19923-2005).The removal rate of COD,BOD5 and conductivity were above the level of 95%,95%and 97%,respectively.The combination of acid cleaning/alkali cleaning for UF and alkali cleaning/Na2S2O4 cleaning for RO could effectively eliminate the contaminants on the membrane surface and recover filtration performance.
