摘要 为对黑豆皮花青素的提取工艺条件进行合理优化,采用微波辅助离子液体提取黑豆皮花青素,并利用响应曲面法设计试验.在单因素试验的基础上,分别研究了1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯([BMIM]Cl)浓度、料液比、微波功率对黑豆皮花青素提取量的影响.试验所得最佳工艺为,[BMIM]Cl为1.0 mol/L,微波功率400 W,料液比1∶20.在最佳条件下黑豆花青素的提取量为4.146 mg/g,预测值和实际测定值接近,为黑豆的综合利用提供依据. Response surface method used to design and optimize the condition of the technological process,it mainly focused on Ionic liquids based microwave-assisted extraction of anthocyanin from black soybean.Based on the single-factor experiment,comprehensive influence of 3 factors contributing to the yield of anthocyanin was inspected respectively:onic liquid concentration,solid-liquid ratio and microwave power.The optimum conditions were shown as follows:[BMIM]Cl was 1.0 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20 and microwave power was 400 W.Under the best conditions,the anthocyanin yield of the black soybean was 4.146 mg/g,the predicted value was close to the actual measured value.And this research provide the theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of black soybean resources.
