压缩式制冷系统介观热力循环优化分析(二) 被引量:1

摘要 目前针对压缩式制冷系统的热力循环分析属于准静态的经典热力学范畴,并没有全面地揭示其作用机理.提出对压缩式制冷系统进行介观热力循环优化分析,进一步改善压缩式制冷系统的性能.建立压缩式制冷系统的介观模型,分析系统内微团的介观热力循环及介观参数.根据介观热力循环理论,研究了压缩式制冷系统压缩机吸气阀前整流对提高能效比的影响.实验结果表明,吸气阀前整流后的压缩机耗功减小. At present,the thermodynamic cycle analysis of compression refrigeration system belongs to the category of quasi-static classical thermodynamics,and its mechanism has not been fully revealed.In this paper,mesoscopic thermodynamic cycle optimization analysis of compression refrigeration system was proposed to further improve the performance of compression refrigeration system.The main research contents include establishing mesoscopic model of compression refrigeration system and analyzing mesoscopic thermodynamic cycle and mesoscopic parameters of micro cluster in the system.According to the mesoscopic thermodynamic cycle theory,this paper studied the influence of the rectification in front of the suction valve of the compressor on the improvement of the energy efficiency ratio.The experimental results showed that the power consumption of the compressor was reduced after rectifying in front of the suction valve.
