暗挖法地铁车站监控量测技术研究

摘要 城市地铁施工涉及到大量的暗挖工程,地下工程施工又是在地层内部进行,对地层易产生扰动、影响较大.为了实时观测施工过程对地层的影响,及早发现地层的重大变化,作出正确响应,监控量测就显得尤为重要.通过地表沉降观测,洞内拱顶沉降、净空收敛等方法,按照规范要求进行数据采集工作,及时对比数据量差、及早发现突变状态.通过监控量测及时发现不稳定因素,保障工程及社会安全;同时随施工进行同步验证设计方案与实际情况的吻合程度,并根据变形及沉降情况来调整方案和施工,为施工提供有价值的指导性意见;根据收集的变形及沉降资料为今后类似工程的监控量测提供类比依据.根据长春地铁1号线07标段解放大路站车站暗挖施工作为案例,介绍了监控量测的目的、监测项目、监测方法及地表沉降的控制措施. Urban subway construction involves a large number of underground excavation projects,and the underground construction is carried out inside the stratum,which is easy to produce disturbance and great influence on the stratum.In order to observe the influence of the construction process on the formation in real time,find out the significant changes of the formation as early as possible and make correct response,monitoring and measurement is particularly important.Through surface settlement observation,vault settlement,clearance convergence and other methods,the data collection work is carried out according to the requirements of the specification,and the data difference is compared in time to detect the mutation status as soon as possible.Through monitoring and measurement,unstable factors shall be found in time to ensure engineering and social safety;meanwhile,the degree of coincidence between design scheme and actual situation shall be verified simultaneously with construction,and the scheme and construction shall be adjusted according to deformation and settlement conditions to provide valuable guidance for construction;and analogy basis shall be provided for monitoring and measurement of similar projects in the future according to collected deformation and settlement data.Based on the case study of the underground excavation construction of Jiefang Road Station of Changchun Metro Line 1 bid section 07,this paper described the purpose,items,methods and control measures of the monitoring measurement.
