我院儿科住院麻醉药品用药分析

Analysis of anesthetic drugs used in pediatric inpatients of our hospital

目的分析儿科住院患者麻醉药品的使用情况,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法利用医院HIS系统统计广州市妇女儿童医疗中心珠江新城院区2016—2018年儿科住院患者麻醉药品的使用数据,并对数据进行分析。结果我院儿科住院患者各类麻醉药品的使用量和销售金额均逐年增加,使用量(销售量)最多的是盐酸吗啡注射液,销售金额最大的是枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液。结论我院儿科住院患者麻醉药品使用和管理基本符合相关标准和规范,但仍需加强管理,不断提高临床医师和药师对麻醉药品应用的规范性和合理性。

Objective To analyze the use of anesthetics in pediatric inpatients and provide reference for clinical safety and rational use of drugs.Methods The data of anesthetic drugs for pediatric inpatients were analyzed by the HIS system in the Zhujiang New Town District of Guangzhou Women and Children s Medical Center from 2016 to 2018.Results The amount of use and sales amount of all kinds of anesthetics in pediatric inpatients of our hospital increased year by year.The most used amount(sales volume)was morphine hydrochloride injection,and the most sales amount was sufentanil citrate injection.Conclusion The use and management of anesthetics in pediatric inpatients of our hospital basically conform to the relevant standards and norms,but we still need to strengthen the management,and constantly improve the standardization and rationality of the use of anesthetics by clinicians and pharmacists.
