现阶段我国财政与货币政策协调配合的思考

我国改革开放41年来,国家财政政策与货币政策的制定与调整始终坚持紧密围绕促进经济发展这一中心工作进行,在经济实践中,我国财政政策与货币政策的搭配和运用日趋娴熟,积极财政政策效果显著。我国经济从高速增长向中高速增长的转变过程中,科学分析宏观经济形势,合理运用积极的财政政策,相机抉择货币政策与之搭配,从积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策搭配向着积极的财政政策和更加宽松的货币政策转换,使我国经济平稳渡过转型困难期,将成为一段时间内经济工作的重要目标。

In the 41 years since China’s reform and opening up,the formulation and adjustment of the national fiscal and monetary policies have always aimed at the overall situation of promoting economic development. The combination and application of fiscal and monetary policies have become more sophisticated in economic practice,and the effects of active fiscal policies have been significant. In the transformation of economy from high-speed growth to medium-speed growth,China should scientifically analyze the macroeconomic situation,reasonably use active fiscal policy and choose right monetary policy to match it so as to shift from an active fiscal policy with a sound monetary policy to an active fiscal policy with a more relaxed monetary policy.
