摘要
天然气长输管道的安全运行,不仅关系到企业的发展,更影响国家资源储备安全。阴极保护被广泛应用于埋地管道的防电化学腐蚀,阴极保护的效率直接影响管道的防腐蚀能力和使用寿命,本文针对常用的阴极保护方法,介绍了高效的阴极保护系统有效性评价及检测方法,并应用于济青线(临淄-坊子)输气管道的检测,验证了方法的有效性。
The safe operation of natural gas long-distance pipelines is not only related to the development of enterprises,but also involves the safety of national resource reserves.Cathodic protection is widely used for anti-electrochemical corrosion of buried pipelines.The efficiency of cathodic protection directly affects the corrosion resistance and service life of the pipeline.In this paper,the effectiveness and evaluation methods of the effective cathodic protection system are introduced for the common cathodic protection methods.The method is applied to the detection of gas pipelines in the Jiqing Line (Linyi-Fangzi),and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
