摘要
针对0.6Mt/a焦化汽柴油加氢装置,通过技术改造能够得到精致航煤生产装置。结合装置改造需求,加强改造前后操作条件对比,可以确定装置改造是否具有可行性。提出科学改造方案,并对改造后的装置进行标定分析,完成改造中遭遇的问题优化,最终得到装置可以实现高附加值航煤产品生产。
For the 0.6mt/a coking gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit,the refined aviation coal production unit can be obtained through technical transformation.According to the requirements of plant transformation and the comparison of operation conditions before and after the transformation,the feasibility of plant transformation can be determined.Put forward scientific transformation plan,and calibrate and analyze the transformed device,Finally,the plant can realize the production of high value-added aviation coal products.
