早晚稻不同品种甲烷排放的差异与根系特性的相关分析 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】本文探索了不同水稻品种间的甲烷排放差异与根系特性的相关性。【方法】以早晚稻各6个品种作为研究对象进行水培试验,观测其不同时期的甲烷排放速率与根系特性,并作了相关分析。【结果】不同早晚稻品种间甲烷排放速率存在显著差异,全生育期早稻甲烷排放速率最高的是陆两优996,最低的是中早39,相差0.186 mmol·m^-2s^-1;晚稻品种甲烷排放速率最高的是玉针香,最低的是Y两优1号,相差0.282 mmol·m^-2s^-1。早晚稻的甲烷排放速率与根氧化力、根孔隙度均存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05);此外,早稻甲烷排放速率与根系活跃吸收面积、根系总吸收面积均呈极显著负相关关系(P<0.01);而晚稻甲烷排放速率与根系活跃吸收面积、根系总吸收面积则呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。【结论】早晚稻根系特性与甲烷排放速率之间的相关性表现出不同的特点,综合结论得出:根系活力、根孔隙度是影响水稻甲烷排放的根系关键指标。其中常规早稻品种、杂交晚稻品种呈现低排特征,为种植水稻低甲烷排放品种提供选择。 【Objective】This paper aimed to explore the correlation between methane emission difference and root characteristics among differ-ent rice varieties.【Method】The six rice varieties from early to late rice were used for water culture experiment to observe the methane emis-sion rate and root characteristics at different stages,and the correlation analysis was also made.【Result】There was significant difference in methane emission rate among different early and late rice varieties.The highest methane emission rate was in Luliangyou 996,and the lowest was mid-early 39 in the whole growing stage,with a difference of 0.186 mmol·m^-2 s^-1;The highest methane emission rate of late rice va-riety was Yuzhenxiang,and the lowest was Y Liangyou 1,with a difference of 0.282 mmol·m^-2 s^-1.There was a significant positive corre-lation between root oxidation capacity,root porosity and methane emission in early and late rice(P<0.05),and a very significant negative correlation between methane emission rate and active absorption area and total root absorption area in early rice(P<0.01).There was a very significant positive correlation between methane emission rate and active root absorption area and total root absorption area in late rice(P<0.01).【Conclusion】The results showed that the root activity and root porosity were the key factors affecting the methane emission of rice.Among them,conventional early rice varieties and hybrid late rice varieties showed low emission characteristics,which provided a choice for planting rice varieties with low methane emission.
