摘要
结合河南某冶炼厂混矿生产的特点,对Φ3.6 m×14 m圆筒混合机的齿轮传动、实心胶轮传动和充气轮胎传动等三种传动方式的结构和特点进行对比分析。经过综合分析,实心胶轮传动圆筒混合机在这种混矿生产中具有运行稳定、振动小、噪声低、初期投资少、制造周期短、运行成本低、故障率低、维修简单、节能等优点。
Combined with the characteristics of mixed ore production in a smelter in Henan,the structure and characteristics of the gear transmission,solid rubber tyre transmission and air-filled tyre transmission ofΦ3.6 m×14 m drum mixer were compared and analyzed.After comprehensive analysis,the drum mixer with solid rubber tyre transmission had advantages of stable operation,low vibration,low noise,low initial investment,short manufacturing cycle,low operating cost,low failure rate,easier maintenance and energy saving in the mixed ore production.
