摘要
结合某公司锦纶生产的工艺流程,采用PLC和MM440变频器对其电气控制部分进行设计,介绍了主电路的设计,分析了PLC控制系统电路和端子接线方式以及通用变频器的接线方式、容量和额定电流的选择。设计系统运行以来,年节约电费36万元,达到了设计效果。
Combined with nylon production process in a company,PLC and MM440 inverters were used to design its electrical control system,design of the main circuit was introduced,circuit and terminal connection mode of the PLC control system,and the connection mode and the selection of capacity and rated current of the inverter were analyzed.Since operation of the design system,the annual electricity cost had been saved by 360,000 yuan,achieving design effect.
