循环流化床锅炉掺烧电解铝废料利用模式探索 被引量:2

摘要 电解铝作为原料铝的重要生产工艺,近年来随着环保力度的不断加大,电解铝行业的生产经营面临严重挑战。电解铝工业属于高能耗、高污染行业,产生的废料属于高危工业固体废弃物。如果不能很好地处理这些废弃物,不仅会占用大量土地资源,也对环境造成污染,甚至会对人们的生命财产安全构成巨大威胁,导致无法弥补的损失。本文主要阐述了利用循环流化床锅炉掺烧电解铝废料对其进行治理的一种综合利用新模式,结合实验室模拟试验的数据对比和个人实践经验,提出了以绿色循环为导向,降低电解铝废料有毒有害物质、处理后产物再利用的综合处理新路线。 Electrolytic aluminum as an important production technology of raw aluminum,in recent years,with the continuous increase in environmental protection,the production and operation of electrolytic aluminum industry is facing serious challenges.The electrolytic aluminum industry is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry,and the waste produced is a high-risk industrial solid waste.If these wastes cannot be handled well,they will not only occupy a large amount of land resources,but also cause pollution to the environment,and even pose a huge threat to people's lives and property safety,resulting in irreparable losses.This paper mainly expounded a new comprehensive utilization model of circulating fluidized bed boiler mixed with electrolytic aluminum waste,combined with the data comparison of laboratory simulation tests and personal practical experience,and proposed a new comprehensive treatment route based on the green cycle to reduce the toxic and hazardous substances of electrolytic aluminum waste and reuse the processed products.
