摘要
本文分析了供热系统中风险评价方法的选取准则,阐述了使用作业条件危险性评价法(LEC法)的基本步骤。当研究对象为大量非独立危险源时,笔者提出了评分原则和数据后处理技巧,旨在增强经典LEC法的操作性和推广性。同时,以某集团辨识所得危险源清单中的“锅炉生产-燃气及报警系统”为例,展示使用数值段评分进行风险评价的全过程,使用箱形图与平均数结合的方式整理数据,能够较好地反映评分真实情况,保证了评价的客观性,为供热企业开展安全管理提供了参考。
The selection criteria of risk assessment methods in heating systems are analyzed,and the basic steps of using the risk assessment method of operating conditions(LEC method)are explained in this paper.When the research object is a large number of independent risk sources,the author puts forward the scoring principles and data post-processing techniques in order to enhance the operability and generalization of the classic LEC method.At the same time,taking the“boiler production-gas and alarm system”in the list of hazard sources identified by a group as an example,this paper shows the whole process of risk assessment by using the numerical segment score,and data processing by using the combination of box chart and average number,which can better reflect the real situation of the assessment,ensure the objectivity of the assessment,and provide a reference for the heating enterprise to carry out safety management.
