垃圾焚烧电厂炉渣分选工艺分析

摘要 炉渣属于一般固体废弃物,其性质与天然砂石料较为接近,具有较大的综合利用潜力。炉渣成分复杂,使用前必须进行有效分选,其主要有两种分选工艺,即干法和湿法。与干法相比,湿法的金属回收率较高,分选后的再生集料品质好,用途广泛,产品销路好,经济收益高,但也存在耗水量较高、占地面积大、设备腐蚀严重、工作环境差等问题。同时,若盐泥处理不当,会产生二次污染。干法的金属回收率低,生产的再生集料用途范围较窄,经济效益较低,在国内尚处于起步阶段,但是厂区占地面积小,无污水和盐泥的产生,环境影响较小。因此,干法仍将是未来炉渣分选的发展趋势。 Slag is a general solid waste,and its properties are close to those of natural sand and gravel,and it has great potential for comprehensive utilization.The composition of the slag is complicated,and it must be effectively sorted before use,there are mainly two sorting processes,namely dry method and wet method.Compared with the dry method,the wet method has a higher metal recovery rate,the quality of the recycled aggregate after sorting is good,the use is wide,the product is sold well,and the economic return is high,but there are also high water consumption,large area,and equipment severe corrosion,poor working environment,etc.At the same time,if the salt mud is not handled properly,secondary pollution will occur.The dry metal recovery rate is low,the scope of production of recycled aggregates is narrow,and the economic benefits are low,it is still in its infancy in China,but the plant area is small,no sewage and salt mud are generated,and the environmental impact is small.Therefore,dry process will still be the development trend of slag sorting in the future.
