摘要
生产期间,沥青搅拌站混合工序会产生较多废气,人们可以利用低温等离子对废气进行净化处理。本文详细介绍了低温等离子一体机的工作原理,结合沥青搅拌站现场烟气条件,分析了净化处理系统设计和每个单体工作模块,为低温等离子一体机在沥青搅拌站VOCs处理中的设计与应用提供可行的技术方案。
During production,the mixing process of the asphalt mixing station will generate more exhaust gas,and people can use low temperature plasma to purify the exhaust gas.This paper details the working principle of the low temperature plasma all-in-one,and analyzes the design of the purification treatment system and each individual working module based on the on-site flue gas conditions of the asphalt mixing station,in order to provide a feasible technical solution for the design and application of low temperature plasma integrated machine in the VOCs treatment of asphalt mixing station.
