摘要
对浆纱机预压浆辊线性加压的使用效果进行分析,基于提高经纱上浆性能,对高压压浆辊通过二次切换加压方式朝着线性加压进行转变,并且分析浆纱机的监测和控制,使预压浆辊压浆效果得到提高,使浆液在纱线中得到合理浸透比例。研究发现,高压压浆辊线性加压能够使经纱上浆性能得到提高。
Based on the analysis of the application effect of linear pressure on the pre pressing roller of sizing machine,changes the high pressure pressing roller to linear pressure through the secondary switching pressure mode,and analyzes the monitoring and control of sizing machine,so that the pre pressing roller’s pressure effect can be improved,and the size can be soaked in the yarn in a reasonable proportion.It is shown that the sizing performance of warp yarn can be improved by linear pressure of high pressure sizing roller.
