摘要
根据第七代超深水钻井船的结构特点,开展月池大开口区域疲劳筛选,针对筛选出的疲劳热点,采用谱分析方法分析迁移、钻井、采油3种载况下的疲劳损伤度,得到月池开口角隅的疲劳寿命,分析载况、浪向、海况参数等对结构疲劳损伤的贡献度及敏感性。
According to the structural characteristics of an ultra-deep water drill ship,the fatigue screening of critical areas in the large opening of the moon pool was carried out.For the fatigue hotspots selected,the spectrum analysis method was used to calculate the fatigue damage and fatigue life under three kinds of working conditions:transit,drilling and oil recovery.The contribution and sensitivity of load state,wave direction and sea state parameters to fatigue damage were analyzed.
