船舶机舱协作式模拟训练评估方法

Evaluation Method for Collaborative Simulation Training of Marine Engine Room

针对船舶机舱模拟训练评估方法仅给出团队完成度的评估结果,而不能反映出团队内部的协作性的问题,利用基于模糊综合评价和集合相似度系数的协作式评估方法来分析团队的协作能力;以某团队进行船舶发电机备车这一情景为例,分析团队各成员的协作能力,给出协作式评估方法的评估结果。

In order to solve the problem of that the current ship cabin simulation training evaluation method can only give the results of team completion evaluation,but cannot reflect the problem of teamwork within the team,the collaborative evaluation method based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation and setting similarity coefficient was used to analyze the teamwork ability of the team.Taking the example of a team of marine generators as an example,the collaborative ability of the team members was analyzed,and the evaluation results of the collaborative evaluation method were given.
