摘要
针对风力分布式电源在主动配电网中的选址定容问题,在考虑风电布置的主动配电网电源规划的条件下,针对主动配电网规划的多目标问题,建立了双层规划模型。上层以节点电压的偏差值作为衡量标准筛选风力发电机的安装位置;下层以投资费用和运行费用等总成本为目标函数,同时还需满足用户安全用电以及用电可靠性的约束条件。然后,根据下层模型的Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)条件将双层模型转化为单层模型进行求解。最后,以IEEE33节点配电系统作为算例进行风力发电机的选址定容,分析比较不同规划方案的优劣性,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of location and fixed capacity of wind distributed power supply in active distribution network,this paper establishes a two-layer plan for the multi-objective problem of active distribution network planning under the condition of active distribution network power planning for wind power layout model.The upper layer uses the deviation value of the node voltage as a measure to screen the installation position of the wind turbine.The lower layer takes the total cost such as investment cost and operating cost as the objective function.It also needs to meet the constraints of the user's safe power consumption and power reliability.Then,the two-layer model is transformed into a single-layer model according to the Karush-Kuhn-Tucher(KKT)condition of the lower model.Finally,the IEEE33 node power distribution system is taken as an example to calculate the location and capacity of wind turbines.The advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are analyzed and compared.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
