海岛风电扩容工程并网接入的分析与设计

摘要 为开展海岛风电工程并网接入的探讨研究,强化过程管控,提高工程设计质量,选取浙江衢山岛为对象,结合海岛电力发展特点,通过系统分析,确定某风电场扩容工程并网接入方案。提出海岛风电接入设计应以源网协调发展和系统安全稳定为前提,既要借鉴陆地风电工程经验,又要根据建设环境不同,做出差异化处理,统筹兼顾。通过实例计算,所提出的设计方案和解决措施为未来海岛风电工程的规划与建设起到一定的参考作用。 In order to carry out the discussion and research on the grid connection of island wind power engineering,and to strengthen the process control and to improve the quality of engineering design,this paper selectes Zhejiang Queshan island as the object.Combined with the characteristics of island power development,and determined the grid connection scheme of a wind power plant expansion project through systematic analysis,it is proposed that the design of offshore wind power connection should be based on the premise of coordinated development of source networks and system security and stability.It is necessary to draw lessons from the experience of land wind power engineering,and to make differentiated treatment according to different construction environments.Through the calculation of examples,the proposed design scheme and the solution play a reference role for the future planning and construction of offshore wind power projects.
