基于联系度的矿用隔爆型干式变压器运行状态综合评估策略

摘要 针对矿用隔爆型干式变压器故障机理复杂及运行状态的不确定性问题,提出一种基于联系度的矿用隔爆型干式变压器运行状态综合评估策略。建立了变压器运行状态层次型评估指标体系,采用层次分析法,在变权模式确定各指标权重的基础上,引入劣化度指标,改善权重分配不合理性;利用联系度来处理运行状态的不确定性问题,结合置信度准则实现对变压器运行状态的综合评估。分析结果表明:基于联系度的矿用隔爆型干式变压器运行状态综合评估是有效的、可行的,为矿用隔爆型干式变压器从计划检修转变为状态检修提供了一种新的思路。 In view of problems with the uncertain operation and complex failure mechanism of mining flameproof dry-type transformer,a connection degree based comprehensive evaluation strategy is proposed.firstly,a hierarchical evaluation index system for operational condition is established.The analytic hierarchy process and variable weight model are used to determine the weight of each index.Weight distribution is more accurate by introducing degradation indicators.Then degree of connection is introduced to deal with uncertainties problem,while the confidence criterion is used to assess the evaluation levels.The condition assessment method for mining flameproof type-dry transformer based on connection-degree theory is shown to be effective by the case analysis.It can help to realize the condition based maintenance in mining flameproof type-dry transformer instead of scheme maintenance.
