摘要 对汽轮机背压设计参数与实际运行需求不一致,生产过程中持续开展背压式汽轮机降背压运行实践与理论研究,明确汽轮机降背压运行方式下所具有的优势及面临的风险,并有针对性制定量化的运行控制措施,实现适应工业蒸汽用户对供汽参数的要求,提高了汽轮机运行经济性与灵活性。 Considering the contradiction between the design parameters of the back pressure turbine and the actual operation requirement,it continuously carried out the practice and the theoretical research on the back pressure reduction operation of the back pressure turbine during the production process.It clarified the advantages and risks of the back pressure reduction operation.Meanwhile,quantitative operation control measures had been formulated.The requirements of the steam supply parameters of industrial steam users had been supplied,and the economy and flexibility of the steam turbine operation have been improved.
