Construction and Practice of the Top-Quality Course in Application-Oriented Universities and Colleges

本文针对黑龙江科技大学精品课程“电磁场与电磁波”的建设与实现,阐述教学团队以OBE教学理念为指导,在遵循教学规律的基础上,在教学内容、教学方法、考核标准和评价方法等多方面进行的研究及改革。经过教学实践,在提高教师教研水平和学生综合素质方面取得了良好的效果,为应用型人才培养提供了基础保障。

To the training objective of application-oriented high-level technical talents in Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology,the teaching team of electromagnetic field and wave,guided by OBE teaching concept,has carried out research and reform in teaching content,teaching methods,assessment criteria and evaluation methods on the basis of following the teaching rules.Through teaching practice,it has achieved in improving teachers'research level and students'comprehensive quality.It has achieved good results and provided basic guarantee for the training of applied talents.
