琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心衰的效果评价

Therapeutic evaluation of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in chronic heart failure

目的探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗慢性心衰的效果。方法选择我院2018年3月~2019年3月慢性心衰患者42例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组21例和观察组21例,对照组采用地高辛、福辛普利、螺内酯和单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组在对照组患者的基础上加用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率、左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积及不良反应发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性心衰采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Forty-two CHF patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=21)and the observation group(n=21)using the random number table method.Patients in the control group received digoxin,fosinopril,aldactone and isosorbide-5-mononitrate tablets as the basic treatment,while the observation group additionally accepted metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.Therapeutic efficacy in the two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate,left ventricular end diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,end systolic volume index and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There was significant therapeutic efficacy of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in CHF with high application values in clinical practices.
