仙桃市初中学生视力状态筛查分析

Screening analysis of the vision status of junior high school students in Xiantao

目的通过筛查了解和分析仙桃市初中学生视力状态,为青少年近视防控提供相应数据。方法依据湖北省《2018年儿童青少年近视调查工作实施细则》,本组数据来自2018年12月仙桃市青少年近视普查数据库,着重对仙桃市初中学生视力状态从年龄、性别、年级、城区与乡镇进行比较,采用SPSS22.0软件统计分析。结果本组615例,双眼正视154例,占25.04%;单眼正视77例,占12.52%;双眼低常384例,占62.44%。615例1230眼,正视385眼,占31.30%;低常845眼,占68.70%。初中生视力低常率为68.70%,初一年级为63.04%,初二年级71.84%,初三年级为71.33%。本组学生不同区域视力状态比较、不同性别视力状态比较,差异均无统计学意义。不同年龄视力状态比较,不同年龄学生视力状态不同;初一学生视力状态优于初二、初三。结论仙桃市初中学生的视力状态与眼别、性别、城乡区域状态无明确的相关性,与年龄、学龄具有相关性。

Objective To understand and analyze the vision status of junior high school students in Xiantao City through screening,and to provide corresponding data for the prevention and control of myopia in adolescents.Methods Based on the"Implementation Rules for the Survey of Myopia in Children and Adolescents in 2018"in Hubei Province,the database of the myopia survey of adolescents in Xiantao City in December 2018 were selected for the study.For comparison,SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The visual status of junior high school students in Xiantao City was compared mainly from age,gender,grade,urban area and township.Results There were 615 people in this group,with 154 cases of two eyes emmetropia,accounting for 25.04%;77 people of one eye emmetropia,accounting for 12.52%;384 cases of two eyes subnormal visual acuity,accounting for 62.44%.Among the 1230 eyes in 615 cases,385 eyes were emmetropia,accounting for 31.30%;845 eyes were subnormal,accounting for 68.70%.The subnormal visual acuity rate of junior high school students was 68.70%,with 63.04%in the first grade,71.84%in the second grade,and 71.33%in the third grade.There were no significant differences in the visual status of different groups and the visual status of different genders in this group of students.The visual status of different ages was different.The visual status of the first grade was better than that of the second grade and the third grade.Conclusion There is no clear correlation between visual acuity and eyes,gender,urban-rural status in junior high school students in Xiantao City.The visual acuity is related to age and school age.
