人工髋关节置换术后全面护理干预对改善髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者生活能力的价值探讨

The value of comprehensive nursing intervention after artificial hip joint replacement for improving the living ability of patients with hip traumatic osteoarthritis

目的研究人工髋关节置换术后全面护理干预对于髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者生活能力的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2017年12月期间本院接收的髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者94例为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(全面护理干预),每组47例。将两组干预前后的负性情绪评分、日常生活活动能力评分、髋关节功能评分进行比对。结果观察组髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者干预后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的日常生活活动能力评分、髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者接受人工髋关节置换术治疗后实施全面护理干预有助于患者负性情绪及髋关节功能的改善,可促进日常生活活动能力的恢复。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention after artificial hip joint replacement on the living ability of patients with hip traumatic osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 94 patients with hip traumatic osteoarthritis received from our hospital from January to December 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(conventional care)and observation group(full nursing intervention)according to the order of admission,with 47 cases in each group.The negative emotional scores,daily living activity scores,and hip function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety scores and depression scores of the patients with hip traumatic osteoarthritis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The activity index of daily living activities,hip joint functional scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with traumatic osteoarthritis after artificial hip joint replacement can help patients with negative emotions and hip function improvement,and promote the recovery of activities of daily living.
