“废弃建筑”的重生与环境品质提升设计研究--以安徽省委党校食堂片区改造为例

Rebirth of"Abandoned Buildings"and Design of Environmental Quality Improvement:Taking the Reform of Anhui Provincial Party School Canteen Area as an Example

"废弃建筑"作为城市的遗构,记载着城市的变迁、兴衰和演变,其功能、形式、风格等要素在城市发展中逐渐衰落,如何处置是当前城市建设面临的困境。该文以安徽省委党校食堂片区更新改造为例,从区域环境品质提升和建筑的改造利用入手,实现室内外环境的整体优化和"废弃建筑"的重生,探索此类建筑的改造思路和重生方法。

As the relic of the city,"abandoned buildings"record the city’s vicissitude,rise and fall.Its function,form,style and other elements have gradually disappeared,how to deal with it is the predicament of current urban development.Taking the renovation of the canteen area of Anhui Provincial Party School as an example,starting with the improvement of regional environmental quality and the transformation of buildings,we realize the overall optimization of indoor and outdoor environment and the regeneration of"abandoned buildings",so as to explore the ways of remaking and regenerating.
