摘要
地形因素对城市地下空间开发利用有着重要影响,但相关的研究还不够充分。该文选取大阪、蒙特利尔、香港和重庆分别作为平原城市和山地城市的典型代表,对其地下空间开发利用情况进行深入剖析和比较。系统总结了平原城市和山地城市在地下空间开发演变、空间形态、开发模式等方面的特征,以及相应的开发规划与节点设计策略。以期通过因地制宜地利用地下空间,促进我国不同地形条件下城市地下空间的开发利用和可持续发展。
The topographic factor has an important impact on the development and utilization of urban underground space,while the relevant research is not enough.Choosing Osaka,Montreal,Hong Kong and Chongqing as the typical representatives of plain cities and mountainous cities,we analyze and compare their characteristics on development and utilization of underground space.Further,we summarize the similarities and differences between plain city and mountain city in underground space form,development mode,development strategy and node design,in order to promote the sustainable development and utilization of urban underground space under different terrain conditions in China.
