中西文化比较视阈下人与动物关系的伦理反思——从“舌尖上”的疫情说起

新冠肺炎是一场由吃所引发的全民灾难,其反应出的伦理实质是当前人与动物关系的矛盾和混乱。因中西文化的冲突,我们在诸如“吃什么”“怎么吃”的问题上,存在着相互对立的矛盾,从而导致在面对自然的必需和必然性难题时,无法形成统一的伦理共识和价值尺度。解决当前人与动物关系的矛盾,需正视中西文化中各自伦理的缺陷,在生态伦理的理论指导下,构建符合市场经济发展特征的新型伦理道德。通过对疫情的伦理反思,认为构建人与动物的新型伦理关系,需要遵从“敬畏自然,尊重生命”“友好互利,可持续发展”和“健康节俭,适度消费”的基本原则,明确消费者、行业企业、政府、媒体的主体责任,在“适然”的道德实践中探寻人与动物的和谐共生之路。
