摘要
“华龙一号”核电站严酷的环境条件对电缆性能提出了很高的要求。为此,需要在该类电缆的科研工作中对电缆材料,结构和工艺等方面做出大量改进,并且需要进行一整套高难度的鉴定型式试验。本文重点阐述了研发该类电缆过程中碰到的难点问题和解决方法。包括该类电缆结构和材料的确定;验证该类电缆60年使用寿命的试验方案和计算方法;该类电缆为满足设计基准及严重事故环境要求而进行的高温高压试验和其后的浸没试验。文中详细介绍了使用试验数据通过阿伦纽斯公式和最小二乘法得到样品电缆材料的热寿命和活化能,并根据电缆材料的活化能数据得到成品电缆的热老化试验时间的计算方法。
The environmental conditions of HPR1000 on the performance of cables put forward very high requirements.To do this,have to make a lot of design improvement to the material,structure and process of the cable in the scientific work of this type of cable,and difficult identif type tests to verify it.This article mainly expounds the in the process of this type of cable run into difficulties and solutionsncluding the design of the type of cable structure and material;test scheme design and calculation method of the type of cable 60 years service life;high temperature and high pressure test and water test for the type of cable in order to meet requirements of DBA and AG accident environment.
