摘要
文章将项目风险管理理论与某核电站俄供辅助机械设备采购监造管理实践相结合,建立了监造过程风险识别与应对的模型,以期能准确地识别出设备制造过程的风险因素,对其进行评估,并采取相应的风险控制措施,确保物项的制造质量和进度满足要求。
This paper integrated the risk management theory with the practices of procurement management and surveillance management of the auxiliary equipment supplied by Russia for T nuclear power plant.It developed a risk management model for the surveillance management process.It is hoped that the risk factors in the surveillance process are accurately identified and evaluated.And correspondent risk control measures can be adopted to ensure the manufacturing quality and the delivery schedule of items meet the requirements.
