摘要
随着核电厂运行及在建数量的增加,乏燃料后处理及废物处置的需求亦不断增加。由于后处理工艺复杂,产生的废物放射性水平差异较大,需要结合最新法规标准,确定处置方案。本文梳理了后处理厂放射性废物的来源、分类及处理方法,介绍了国内外处置场现状,并结合最新的法规标准,说明了后处理厂产生的固体放射性废物的处置方案。基于后处理厂放射性固体废物及处置现状的特点,总结了目前后处理厂废物运送处置需要关注的问题并提出了有关建议。
With the increaseof nuclear power plants in operating and under construction,the demand for spent fuel reprocessing and waste disposal is also increasing.Due to the complexity of the post-treatment process and the large difference in the radioactivity level of the waste,it is necessary to determine the disposal plan in combination with the latest regulations and standards.In this paper the source,classification and treatment methods of the radioactive waste in the reprocessing plant has been reviewed,the current situation of the disposal plant in China and abroad has been introduced,and the disposal plan of the solid radioactive waste produced in the reprocessing plant has been talkedunder the latest laws and standards.Based on the characteristics of the radioactive solid waste ofretreatment plant and its disposal status,this paper summarizes the problems that need to be paid attention to and puts forward some suggestions.
