低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾肿瘤合并Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾癌1例报告

低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾肿瘤(mutilocular cystic renal cell neoplasm of low malignant potential,MCRCNLMP)是肾肿瘤中的1个特殊分型,在所有肾肿瘤中不足1%[1];Xp11.2易位/TFE3基因融合相关性肾癌(renal cell carcinoma associated with Xp11.2translocation/TFE3 gene fusion,Xp11.2tRCC)临床亦少见,成人Xp11.2tRCC约占成人肾细胞癌(renal cell carcinoma,RCC)的0.5%~1.5%[2]。
