简述了沸腾床加氢工艺,介绍了神华煤直接液化加氢稳定装置催化剂使用和选择的经验。详细介绍了并对比了U1# 0.9C和U2# 1.1C催化剂在工业应用中条长比例及外观变化、化学氢耗、生成油密度和脱硫脱氮率关键数据,为沸腾床加氢技术的催化剂选择做出指导借鉴。
This paper introduces the technology of fluidized bed hydrogenation,and the experience of catalyst application and selection in Shenhua coal direct liquefaction and hydrogenation unit.This paper introduces and compares the key data of U1 × 0.9c and U2 × 1.1c catalyst in industrial application,such as strip length ratio,appearance change,chemical hydrogen consumption,oil density and desulfurization and denitrification rate,It can be used as a reference for the selection of catalyst in fluidized bed hydrogenation technology.
