摘要
介绍了丙烷脱氢装置中冷箱分离系统低温区两种膨胀制冷流程,一种是饱和气体膨胀制冷流程,另一种是复热气体膨胀制冷流程。通过模拟分析,比较了2种制冷流程在制冷量、安全稳定性、分离效果等方面的情况,介绍了复热气体膨胀制冷流程的优点。
This paper introduces two expansion refrigeration processes in the low temperature zone of the cold box separation system in the propane dehydrogenation unit,one is the expansion refrigeration process of saturated gas,the other one is the expansion refrigeration process of reheated gas.The paper compares the two refrigeration processes in terms of refrigeration capacity,safety and stability,separation effect,through the simulation analysis,and introduces the advantages of the expansion refrigeration process of reheated gas.
