摘要
库车山前是塔里木油田增储上产的重点区域,克深9区块作为重要产区,目的层井深全部超过7400m,条件复杂,井深大、环空间隙窄,高温高压、窄安全密度窗口,油气活跃目的层窗口窄,对深层窄间隙小尾管固井工艺技术要求高、风险大。针对以上难点,通过优选水泥浆体系、油基泥浆专用隔离液体系,同时配套成熟的固井工艺,在克深9-1井进行了成功的应用。
Kuqa mountain front is the key area of increasing storage and production in Tarim Oilfield.KeS 9 block,as an important production area,has a target well depth of more than 7400m,complex conditions,large well depth,narrow annular space gap,high temperature,high pressure,narrow safety density window,narrow oil and gas active target layer window,which requires high technology and high risk for deep narrow gap and small liner cementing technology.In view of the above difficulties,through the optimization of cement slurry system,oil-based mud special isolation fluid system,and matching with mature cementing technology,it has been successfully applied in well KeS 9-1.
