摘要 随着计算机图形学的发展,织物结构的数字仿真是新出现的交叉学科及研究热点。在纺织服装检测领域,研究织物结构仿真模型对预测纺织品的力学性能、表观物理性能(起毛起球、光泽等)都具有重要的现实意义和理论意义,仿真模型逐渐成为理解复杂的织物检测试验现象的有力工具。在Peirce改进的椭圆纱线截面模型的基础上,基于织物的实际空间形态,采用微分几何分析织物的几何特征,推导出了织物表面各点坐标计算公式;编程采用Matlab软件,建立平纹织物结构的宏观模型,并对参数实现了程序控制;对模型进行了颜色插值和光照等外观效果处理。 With the development of computer graphics,digital 3 D simulation of fabric structure had been emerging to be one of new interdisciplinary subjects and central studying topics in recent years,which had important theoretical and practical significance in predicting the mechanical behavior and physical appearance properties(pilling,luster,etc.).Simulation model had become a useful tool to help understand complicated phenomena in textile tests.Based on the Pierce’s improved elliptical yarn section model and the actual space shape of the fabric,spatial characteristics of yarns and fabric were analyzed by using differential geometry.The formula of all points on fabric surface were derived.Using Matlab software,the macro model of plain fabric structure was established and the parameters were controlled.The model appearance of woven fabric was processed,including color interpolation and lighting.
