摘要
本文对传统的TEG脱水工艺流程进行优化。利用HYSYS模拟软件对优化的TEG脱水工艺进行模拟研究,并系统分析原料气温度、再生温度、TEG循环量和汽提气量等关键影响因素对脱水效果的影响。分析结果可为已建脱水装置的操作运行参数的调整提供理论依据。
This paper optimizes the conventional TEG dehydration process. By using HYSYS simulation software to simulate the optimized TEG dehydration process, this paper systematically analyzes the key influencing factors such as feed gas temperature, regeneration temperature,TEG circulation volume and stripping gas volume on the dehydration effect. The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for the adjustment of the operating parameters of the dehydration unit already built.
