摘要
介绍新型填料CDP-250Z和三级导板窄槽式液体分布器的特点,通过采取更改新型填料、更换三级导板窄槽式液体分布器、增加闪蒸进料器等措施进行改造。工业应用结果表明,本次改造取得了良好的分离效果,塔顶产品烷基苯溴指数下降至5附近,塔底副产品重烷基苯产量大幅减少,烷基苯回收率提高了30%。
This paper introduces the characteristics of the new packing CDP-250Z and the three-stage guide plate narrow groove liquid distributor.It is modified by adopting measures such as modification of new packing,replacing the three-stage guide plate narrow groove liquid distributor and adding flash feeder etc.The industrial application results show that the modification has achieved good separation results,the alkylbenzene bromine index of the column overhead product has dropped to around 5,the output of heavy alkylbenzene by-products at the bottom of the column has been greatly reduced,and the recovery rate of alkylbenzene has increased by 30%.
