摘要
结合国内某煤制氢项目,介绍解吸气压缩机的操作工况。针对操作工况偏差大的特点(产氢从37500Nm^3/h到100000Nm^3/h),通过拟选定不同设计工况下的压缩机,以及在实际操作工况下的运行费用对比分析,结合投资、占地各方面综合因素,合理选择解吸气压缩机,取得投资、占地和运行费用的最优化,为其它煤制氢项目PSA解吸气压缩机选型提供参考。
This paper introduces the operating conditions of the desorption compressor in conjunction with a domestic coal-to-hydrogen project.For the characteristics of large deviations in operating conditions(hydrogen production from 37,500Nm3/h to 100,000Nm3/h),through the selection of compressors under different design conditions and the comparative analysis of operating costs under actual operating conditions,combined with the comprehensive factors in all aspects of investment and land occupation,the rational selection of desorption compressors can achieve the optimization of investment,land occupation and operating costs.It is a reference for PSA desorption compressor selection of other coal-to-hydrogen projects.
