运用好监督执纪"四种形态"是构筑社会主义廉洁文化的重要保障。它是新时代中国特色社会主义廉洁文化建设的时代要求,是积极贯彻中国共产党全面从严管党治党的高级形态,是坚持"标本兼治,治本为主"深入推进廉洁文化实践的价值体现,是以思想建党与制度管党才能更好地建设中国共产党的廉洁文化的具体体现。"四种形态"通过常态化、科学化、精准化与现代化的综合运用,为构建社会主义廉洁文化提供制度保证,为巩固廉洁文化提供决策依据,为廉洁文化提供量化标准,以创新廉洁文化增强社会效益为最终目的。

Correct application of the "four forms" of supervision and discipline enforcement guarantees the construction of a socialist culture that advocates clean and honest government.This disciplinary requirement stipulated in the Party Constitution is the requirement of this cultural construction in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,a high form of the Party’s effort to tighten its internal management,a value embodiment of promoting the practice of the culture,and also an embodiment of building the Party through ideological and institutional means.The application of the "four forms" in a constant,scientific,targeted,and modern manner provides an institutional guarantee for the shaping of this culture,a decision-making basis for consolidating the culture,and a quantitative criterion for evaluating the culture.The ultimate goal is to innovate the culture of clean and honest government and to enhance its social benefit.
