摘要
作为国家的标准方法,卡尔·费休滴定法已广泛用于测试产品中的水分含量,其具有精度高、分析速度快和操作简便等优点。但此方法在测试复杂样品时,准确度受到诸多外界因素的干扰。用卡尔·费休滴定容量法测定了8类,共计85个日用消费品中的含水量,探讨了样品中离子的干扰、含水量过高、电极表面污染等因素对测定结果的影响及解决方法,旨在为测定日用消费品中含水量提供一套较为准确合理的测试方法。
As a standard method in China,Karl Fischer titration has been widely used to determine moisture content in products,which has the advantages of high accuracy,rapid and convenient operation.But the accuracy of this method is affected by many external factors when complex samples are determined.The Karl Fischer titration volumetric method was applied to the determination of moisture content in 8 categories of 85 consumer products.The influence of various factors,such as ionic interference in the sample,excessive water content of samples,surface contamination of electrodes and so on during the process of water determination were analyzed,and then discussed the corresponding solutions.The purpose is to provide a more accurate and reasonable water content test method for consumer products.
