摘要
纵隔解剖位置深且受骨性胸廓及含气肺组织包围,传统观念认为超声不适宜对纵隔肿瘤进行检查。随着超声仪器的发展,超声对纵隔肿瘤诊断的研究不断深入,越来越多超声新技术在纵隔肿瘤的诊断中发挥了重要作用。本文就超声在儿童纵隔肿瘤中的临床应用现状进行综述。
The mediastinum location is anatomically deep,surrounded by bony thoracic and lung tissue.The traditional idea is that ultrasound is not suitable for the examination of mediastinal tumors.However,with the development of technical equipment and ultrasound research on the diagnosis of mediastinal tumors,more and more new ultrasound techniques play important roles in the diagnosis of mediastinal tumors.This article reviews the application status of ultrasound in children with mediastinal tumor.
