我国能源消费的影响因素研究——基于东中西三大地区的面板数据分析

Research on the Influencing Factors of China's Energy Consumption——Based on the Analysis of Panel Data in Eastern,Middle and Western Regions

随着工业化、城镇化进程的的加快和消费结构持续升级,能源需求刚性增长,资源环境问题仍是制约我国经济社会发展的瓶颈之一,节能减排依然任重道远。通过构建2000—2017年我国东中西部区域面板数据,进行了整体面板回归和分区域回归,结果显示:经济发展水平与城市化是影响我国能源消费的主要因素;产业结构的区域差异明显,西部地区第二产业贡献率对于能源消费的促进作用最大,东部地区第三产业贡献率对于能源消费的抑制作用最强,这与我国经济差异分布相一致。最后对我国能源消费提出了具体建议。

With the acceleration of industrialization,urbanization and the continuous upgrading of consumption structure,China's energy demand takes on the rigid growth,resource and environmental problems are still one of the bottlenecks restricting China's economic and social development,so there is before us a heavy responsibility and a long road to go in energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the construction of panel data in eastern,middle and western regions from 2000 to 2016,the paper carries on the whole panel regression and the single region regression.The results show that the level of economic development and the urbanization are main factors affecting China's energy consumption;the regional differences of industrial structure are obvious,the contribution rate of secondary industry in the western region has the greatest effect on the promotion of energy consumption,but the contribution rate of tertiary industry in the eastern region has the strongest inhibitory effect on energy consumption,which is consistent with the distribution of economic difference in China.Finally,some concrete suggestions are put forward about China's energy consumption.
