神经质人格对HP感染人群生存质量的影响:焦虑抑郁的中介作用

Effect of Neurotic Personality on Quality of Life in HP-Infected Population:an Intermediary Role of Anxiety and Depression

目的探讨神经质人格对幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)感染人群生存质量的影响,以及焦虑抑郁在二者之间的中介作用。方法选取200名以上HP感染者为研究对象,采用中国大五人格问卷(CBF-PI-B)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、流行病调查中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)、状态-特质焦虑问卷进行测量。结果完成问卷调查的HP感染者共240例。HP感染人群神经质人格与焦虑、抑郁水平呈正相关(r=0.370、r=0.501,P<0.01),生存质量与神经质人格、焦虑、抑郁呈现显著负相关(r=-0.761、r=-0.764、r=-0.846,P<0.01)。路径分析显示,焦虑、抑郁在HP感染人群神经质与生存质量之间起到部分中介效应,中介效应(-0.31)占总效应(-0.84)的36.95%。结论焦虑、抑郁在HP感染者神经质人格与生存质量之间发挥着中介作用。神经质人格不仅直接影响HP感染者的生存质量,而且还可通过焦虑、抑郁影响其生存质量。

Objective To study the effect of neurotic personality on the quality of life in H.pylori(HP)-infected population and the intermediate role of anxiety and depression.Methods More than 200 HP-infected people were surveyed using the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory Brief Version(CBF-PI-B),MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36),Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI).Results A total of 240 patients with HP infection completed the questionnaire survey.Neurotic personality was positively correlated with anxiety and depression in HP-infected population(r=0.370 and 0.501,respectively;P<0.01).However,the quality of life was negatively related to neurotic personality,anxiety and depression(r=-0.761,-0.764 and-0.846,respectively;P<0.01).Path analysis showed that anxiety and depression played a partial mediating effect between neuroticism and quality of life in HP-infected population,and the mediating effect(-0.31)accounted for 36.95%of the total effect(-0.84).Conclusion Anxiety and depression play an intermediary role between neurotic personality and quality of life in HP-infected patients.Neurotic personality not only directly affects the quality of life,but also affects the quality of life through anxiety and depression.
