摘要
以乙酸酐为溶剂,金属离子改性的β-沸石作为催化剂,研究了联苯的硝化反应.实验数据表明在该体系中,金属离子改性的β-沸石催化联苯硝化,其对位产物的选择性明显增高,推测原因可能是乙酸酐与β-沸石两者之间形成了电子络合物,有益于对位产物的生成,结果显示,在该反应体系中,产物的一硝化收率可达65.5%,邻对比最佳值为0.40.
The nitration of biphenyl catalyzed byβ-zeolite modified by metal ions in the acetic anhydride was studied.Experiment data showed that the selectivity of para-nitrobiphenyl increased obviously in the system over modifiedβ-zeolite catalyst.The reason may be the formation of a electronic complex betweenβ-zeolite and acetic anhydride which is good for the production of the para-nitrobiphenyl.The yield of biphenyl mononitration product was up to 65.51%and the ratio of ortho-para is 0.40 catalyzed by modifiedβ-zeolite in nitric acid/acetic anhydride system.
